Confirmation emails usually arrive within a few minutes. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, email us and we'll resend it.

Every order ships from our studio in Hong Kong. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Hong Kong: 1–3 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
• US, Canada, Europe, UK & Middle East: 3–6 business days by express courier
• India: 7–14 business days

Delivery in Hong Kong is free. International rates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Orders shipped outside Hong Kong may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. These are paid to the courier on delivery and are not included in our prices.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track order page at any time.

If your size isn't right, you can exchange it for free within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Read our exchange policy.

Email hello@wearoscy.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm availability and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but you can exchange your size for free within 14 days. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it or give you a full refund.

We're sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund to your original card within 10 business days, and we cover any shipping.

Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements in cm. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help you choose.

Fabric composition and care instructions are listed under Fabric & Care on each product page. All OSCY pieces are designed in Hong Kong.
